THE SPACE

Top 59th floor Palms Place Penthouse, which takes up the entire 59th-floor, is for sale for 15 million. From the family that built the Palms, it was designed for entertaining.

The penthouse’s interior measures more than 6,000 square feet, but the perimeter terrace, adds another 15,000 square feet. The terrace wraps around the interior space, providing 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Valley. With a un-obstructed view of the strip, AV-system throughout the entire unit, elevated hot tub and outdoor kitchen, guests can enjoy themselves for hours.

From the Zen-infused entry with its stone gardens, through the warmly lit lobby and up a private elevator ride to the top floor, the residence is as inviting as it is exciting.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout showcase spectacular views, from the great room with 30-foot-tall windows to a master bedroom suite with wraparound windows and an exit to the deck.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire space and completely to themselves. Additionally, they have access to the spa, hot tubs, pools, restaurants, free valet, and all amenities on-site at Palms Place

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of the space is 54 guests. This will carry additional fees, inquire prior to booking as house rules are required to be signed prior to being able to check in.

The Guest acknowledges and recognizes to abide by the following guidelines:

1) No ticketed or paid events

2) No weddings/receptions

3) No commercial use

4) No illegal activity

5) A max of 54 persons can be in the unit at ONCE per fire code.

6) Guest must submit guest list to property manager to submit to property and to security. This must outline day, time of any event, and contact information.

Should the Guest not abide by the above items, Palms has the right to evict guest based on fire code occupancy or violation of use. The unit shall be only used for residential purposes.
